At Fiorelli, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new accessory isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
